How it works
Before we can arrange an appointment with you and vaccinate you, the process is as follows:
Make an appointment
After initial contact with us via telephone or email, we will then send you a risk assessment form by post or email. This is used to assess the vaccines you may need and take into consideration any previous vaccines administered and medical problems. Once this has been completed by you or all those in the group location, we can then safely and effectively advise you on the vaccines you require for your trip. We will contact you by telephone or email and inform you of the vaccines that are recommended for your choice of destination and activities.
An appointment will be arranged and this can be at any time that’s convenient for you: this includes daytime, evenings, nights, weekends or even public holidays (subject to availability). Once this has been made, a minimum payment of £100 per patient is to be paid as a deposit. When we have arrived to your location, you will have all of the risks and benefits of the vaccines explained to you, and a consent form is to be completed by you and the outstanding balance is to be paid prior to any vaccines being administered. Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, telephone payments, debit/credit cards and cash. After the vaccines have been administered, we will stay with you for a short period of time to assess for any adverse reactions and treat if necessary, although this is very unlikely to occur.
For travel vaccinations ideally we need to plan at least 4 - 6 weeks prior to your trip departure date. We understand that this isn't always possible as short notice trips do happen and we have a range of fast tracking options to accommodate this.
Accepted methods of payment
We accept cash payments, bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
