We can test whether you are currently infected with COVID-19 by looking for the virus (antigen). The sample is sent on to a lab for testing and you should receive your results within 48 hours by email. We antibody testing, see our rapid test cassette and laboratory testing services.

Our PCR swab virus antigen testing service is £150* per person.

A sample is taken by inserting a swab into your nostril or inside your mouth. The test can be carried out if you think you may currently have COVID-19. We can carry out testing if you are unable to make an NHS appointment, whether that is due to your availability or if you’re unable to leave your own home.

As with all of our services, we come to you and carry out the testing, either in your own home or place of work. One of our friendly healthcare professionals will attend the location, bring all the necessary kit and equipment, and carry out the testing there and then.

Note: Payments must be made prior to appointment confirmation over the phone or via invoice. This service is VAT exempt.

Testing for Travel Purposes

If you require this service for the purposes of travel abroad, there is an additional fee of £25 for our ‘Test & Fly’ service. Each country has its own travel certification and requirements which need to be met before entry, and are continuously changing. Many countries are asking for a negative test result within 72 hours prior to traveling abroad, which we can provide. We will complete the necessary paperwork required for each location with a sign off from one of our doctors, including travel certificates and entry permits.

If you arrive into a country that requires a negative COVID-19 PCR test without the necessary paperwork, you could be forced into having a test on arrival (potentially at a higher expense), forced into an extended quarantine period or not allowed entry into that country. Additionally, you may not be able to make a claim on travel insurance for cancelations or refusal of entry into a country due to not having a COVID-19 PCR test. Please check with your travel insurance provider.

There have been multiple reports of false negatives for COVID-19 using the self-test method. This is due to the user not being familiar with the testing process and not taking the sample correctly. Please bear in mind some countries may not accept a COVID-19 self-test because of this possibility. All of our testing processes are carried out by health care professionals, who are trained to carry out the procedure. The samples are then sent to a Public Health England (PHE) Care Quality Commission (CQC), UKAS registered laboratory for the most accurate results.

For the most up to date travel information, see the government website:

We are unable validate COVID-19 PCR tests carried out by other organisations, including the NHS. The NHS does not carry out COVID -19 testing for the purposes of travel and should not be used in this way. To do so would be abuse of the NHS. Furthermore, documentation from the NHS of a negative result may not be enough to enter another country.

Group, Organisation and Business Bookings

If you require multiple testing please see our COVID-19 Testing for Groups, Organisations & Businesses page.
