So pleased I opted to use James for removal of ear wax using microsuction - I went with some hesitation about how successful this would be having read quite a bit about how this technique is fast replacing the normal NHS syringe style procedure and I had been told to wait 2 weeks just for a GP to take a look! But when your ears have gone deaf that's a hard ask. Within 30-40 mins both my ears were free of their wax plugs that were growing like little aliens and I can hear so much better. Even the ear that I hadn't been prepping with oil drops was cleaned out.The procedure was clearly explained by James and he exercised great control and care.
